Claims Management

About the Role

HHLA PLT Italy S.r.l. is seeking a Claims Management professional to join our team in Trieste. This role is responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of claims, including those involving third-party assets (trailers, containers, cargo) and company equipment when involved with third parties. The primary goal is to ensure efficient and fair resolution of claims while delivering exceptional service to clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of claims.
• Collaborate closely with operations, shift leaders, and the sales/commercial departments.
• Perform analyses related to claims.
• Apply relevant procedures and policies to claims management.
• Ensure efficient and fair resolution of claims.
• Deliver exceptional service to clients and stakeholders.
