INTERNATIONAL ACADEMY SRLS is seeking enthusiastic and qualified English language teachers to join our team. We are looking for native English speakers or individuals with a C1/C2 level of English proficiency to deliver engaging lessons to students of various ages and proficiency levels, including young learners.

About the Role

This is a freelance position offering flexibility in teaching locations. You will have the opportunity to conduct classes:

• At our school premises in Monza.
• At client locations within a 20 km radius of our school.
• Online, providing a hybrid teaching experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality English language instruction to diverse student groups.
• Adapt teaching methods to suit different age groups and learning levels.
• Prepare lesson plans and materials.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback.

Requirements

• Native English speaker or C1/C2 level English proficiency.
• CELTA, TESOL, or other recognized EFL teaching certifications are highly desirable.
• Previous teaching experience is considered an asset.
• A valid driver's license is required for client-site visits.
