Sidel is seeking a motivated Project Support professional to join our team in Parma. This is a permanent, onsite position offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to the successful execution of New Equipment projects.

About the Role

You will play a crucial role in supporting the Project Manager Execution throughout the project lifecycle, from the Order Intake (OI) to the Customer Project Execution (CPE) phases for assigned New Equipment projects. A key focus will be on providing dedicated support for project installation and commissioning activities on-site, ensuring that all project tasks are completed in a timely manner. Additionally, you will assist the Project Manager Proposal during the quotation and initiative phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager Execution from project OI to CPE for assigned New Equipment projects.
• Provide dedicated support for project installation and commissioning on-site activities.
• Ensure project tasks are completed on time.
• Support the Project Manager Proposal during the quotation and initiative phase.
• Actively monitor project deliverables and performance.
• Manage and prepare related reporting.
• Oversee Cost Management, ensuring invoices are received according to PPP/SPOT and validating or rejecting them as appropriate.

Requirements

• Experience in Project Management.
• Familiarity with Installation and Commissioning processes.
• Proficiency in Reporting and Cost Management.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and support project managers.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
