Sidel is seeking a dedicated Field Administrator (FA) to join our team in Parma. This role is central to the smooth logistical and general administration of our site activities, providing essential support to our Field Services Engineer (FSE) and Installation Site Management (ISM) teams.

About the Role

As a Field Administrator, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient operation of our field service activities. You will manage key administrative processes, ensuring compliance and supporting our engineers on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage job expense reports and timesheets for Installation Site Managers (ISMs), Area Field Coordinators (AFCs), and Field Services Engineers (FSEs).
• Process Purchase Requisitions (PR) within SAP for internal ISMs, AFCs, FSEs, and for external service activities.
• Actively monitor and manage risks associated with FSEs' activities on site.

Requirements

• Proven experience in administration and logistics.
• Proficiency in SAP.
• Familiarity with managing purchase requisitions.
• Understanding of risk management principles.
