Senior Travel Consultant (GDS Sabre) - Remote

BCD Travel is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Travel Consultant to join our global team. This is a full-time, permanent remote position, open to candidates based in Spain, France, or Poland.

As the face of BCD Travel, you will be instrumental in helping our dedicated clients travel smart and achieve more. If you excel at communication and have a passion for customer service, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Search and confirm travel reservations for clients.
• Maintain a strong understanding of client travel policies and provide expert consultation.
• Fulfill requests related to travel regulations, including passports and visas.
• Provide clients with essential industry information, such as fare details, exchange costs, and penalties.
• Identify opportunities to review operational processes and commercial relationships, offering suggestions for improvement.
• Continuously update and expand knowledge of the various travel industries supported.

About You

• Proven experience as a Travel Agent.
• Proficiency with GDS Sabre.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and either Italian or French.
• Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, including policies, procedures, and processes.

Salary Range (Annual Gross):

• Spain: 25,000 - 31,000 EUR
• France: 25,000 - 32,000 EUR
• Poland: 84,000 - 96,000 PLN

Please note that the final salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and location, in line with internal equity and EU Pay Transparency Directive principles.
