About the Role
As a Business Development Representative supporting the EMEA region, you will be instrumental in driving new business growth and shaping the initial impression of our brand. You will engage with potential customers, identify their needs, spark interest, and guide them towards the right solutions. This position reports to the Manager, Business Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation: Research and identify target accounts and key decision-makers. Execute multi-channel outreach (calls, emails, social) to generate interest and book qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives.
- Inbound Lead Qualification: Respond promptly to inbound and marketing-generated leads, assessing fit, need, and readiness to convert them into sales opportunities.
- Messaging & Engagement: Craft compelling, value-driven outreach tailored to prospect pain points. Handle objections confidently and personalize messaging with account research.
- Collaboration & Alignment: Partner with Account Executives on account targeting and territory planning. Collaborate with Sales Enablement to refine prospecting tactics and messaging.
- Pipeline & Performance Management: Consistently achieve and exceed KPIs for meetings booked and opportunities created. Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline updates.
- Continuous Learning & Growth: Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and product developments. Engage in training and coaching to enhance sales skills.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role, including at least one year of cold calling with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Bilingual proficiency in French or German, in addition to English, for effective communication within the EMEA region.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage prospects clearly and persuasively, focusing on human connection and understanding pain points.
- Basic understanding of the sales funnel, lead qualification, and CRM tools.
- Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple outreach cadences and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A growth mindset with high energy, resilience, and a motivation to exceed targets.

- Familiarity with tools such as Salesloft, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or Lusha.
