About the Role

Menarini is seeking a motivated Buyer Assistant to join their team in Florence, Italy. This is an onsite, junior-level position within the healthcare industry. You will play a crucial role in supporting the procurement department by managing purchase orders, assisting with supplier relations, and contributing to cost analysis and negotiations.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase orders within the company's E-Procurement platform.
• Handle non-conformities related to orders.
• Provide essential administrative support to the procurement team.
• Manage and qualify suppliers using the company's E-Procurement platform.
• Assist Buyers with supply tenders, cost analysis, and contractual negotiations.
• Conduct negotiations with suppliers.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related field.
• Experience with purchase orders and E-Procurement systems.
• Familiarity with supplier management.
• Skills in cost analysis and negotiation.
