bioMérieux is seeking an experienced HSE Specialist to join our HSE department in Firenze, Italy. This is an onsite role for a mid-level professional passionate about health, safety, and environmental initiatives within the healthcare industry.

About the Role

As an HSE Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting and developing the company's health, safety, and environmental programs. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure compliance, promote a safe working environment, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate in the creation of the DVR (Documento di Valutazione dei Rischi - Risk Assessment Document).
• Write and update procedures related to HSE activities.
• Assist in organizing and delivering worker training on workplace safety.
• Manage health supervision processes and HSE-related training programs.
• Contribute to the management of supervision plans and improvement plans for HSE aspects.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of HSE policies and initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) role.
• Familiarity with DVR (Documento di Valutazione dei Rischi) or similar risk assessment documentation.
• Experience in writing and implementing HSE procedures.
• Knowledge of health supervision and training management.
• Strong understanding of workplace safety principles.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
