Portfolio Manager

About the Role

Stern Energy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Portfolio Manager to join our team in Parma, Italy. This is a permanent, onsite position focused on managing service delivery within the energy sector. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our contractual obligations are met and that our clients receive timely and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage agreed schedules for field service engineers.
• Conduct weekly schedule preparations to fulfill contractual obligations for preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Provide support and act as a liaison for field service engineers.
• Prepare and deliver monthly client reports regarding availability and operations & maintenance.
• Review work order reports completed by the field service engineer team.
• Take appropriate action on reviewed reports and deliver relevant information to clients and internal stakeholders upon completion.
• Manage and oversee contracts.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Portfolio Management.
• Proficiency in Scheduling and Contract Management.
• Experience with Client Reporting and Field Service operations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
