About the Role

Chiesi Farmaceutici, an international research-focused pharmaceutical and healthcare group with over 85 years of experience, is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join their team in Parma, Italy. Key Responsibilities

• Support the Talent Acquisition team in various recruitment activities.
• Assist with sourcing and screening candidates.
• Help manage candidate communication and scheduling.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives.
• Participate in the full recruitment lifecycle for specific roles.

Requirements

• Interest in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.
• Familiarity with recruitment processes is a plus.
• Understanding of the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is beneficial.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant field.
