As part of the Industrial & Energy Technology (IET) business segment, we are creating solutions at the heart of industrial productivity for customers within the energy technology sector. This role is part of the Gas Technology Equipment business, delivering highly efficient mechanical and electrical equipment.

About the Role

This is a senior, permanent, onsite position based in Florence, Italy. As the Inquiry to Order (ITO) Quality Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our gas technology and equipment offerings throughout the inquiry to order process. You will collaborate closely with various global teams to uphold the highest standards of quality and assurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee quality assurance activities within the Inquiry to Order (ITO) process for Gas Technology & Equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and manufacturing, to ensure quality requirements are met.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to quality management systems and processes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and customer specifications.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of quality strategies for new products and projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Quality Management and Assurance.
• Familiarity with Gas Technology and Equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse, global teams.
• Strong understanding of quality principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
