About the Role

Baker Hughes is seeking a motivated and experienced Supplier Fulfillment Manager to join our Industry & Energy Technology (IET) team in Florence, Italy. This is a permanent, onsite position within a leading company in the Energy Technology sector.

The IET team delivers cutting-edge products and services designed to enhance the efficiency of energy extraction, production, and processing. We support a wide array of clients throughout the energy value chain, focusing on reducing operational expenses and boosting productivity. As a Supplier Fulfillment Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting business planning and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize supplier fulfillment processes.
• Contribute to operational planning and execution within the supply chain.
• Ensure efficient logistics and supply chain management.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to achieve operational excellence.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Supplier Fulfillment.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain, Logistics, and Operations Management principles.
• Experience within the Energy Technology industry is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
