About the Role

Daisy & Partners Srl is seeking a motivated HR Recruiter to join our team in Brescia. This is a freelance, onsite position focused on recruiting collaborators for our various events across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit collaborators to join our team for events throughout Europe.
• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand staffing needs for events.
• Organize and participate in recruitment events.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment and HR.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for events.
• Ability to commute or relocate to Brescia, Lombardia.
• Proficiency in English and Italian is preferred.

What We Offer
