About the Role

As the Head of Wellbeing, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and supportive environment for our students. This senior leadership position will focus on enhancing the overall student experience and ensuring the emotional, social, and mental health of our school community.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive wellbeing strategies and programs.
• Lead initiatives aimed at improving student experience and mental health.
• Collaborate with staff, students, and parents to promote a culture of care and support.
• Oversee wellbeing services and resources within the school.
• Contribute to the school's educational practices with a focus on holistic development.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a leadership role within an educational setting.
• Strong understanding and expertise in student wellbeing, mental health, and child development.
• Experience with global schools or international education is advantageous.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for enhancing the student experience.
