About the Role

MSX International is seeking a dedicated and experienced Spare Parts Field Consultant to join their team in the North East of Italy, based in Padova. This is a permanent, onsite position.

As a Spare Parts Field Consultant, you will play a crucial role in developing the automotive manufacturer's parts business within your assigned geographic area. You will be responsible for implementing strategic actions to achieve set objectives and ensuring strong synergy between the dealer and authorized network.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to the development of the automotive manufacturer's parts business.
• Implement necessary actions consistent with strategic goals to achieve assigned objectives.
• Ensure synergy between the dealer and authorized network.
• Conduct regular visits to program participants within your area of responsibility.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Field Consultant, specifically within the automotive parts sector.
• Demonstrated ability in customer development and strategic planning.
• Strong understanding of dealer networks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a designated geographic area.
