About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Specialist Intern to join our team in Padova. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience within the Human Resources department of a leading luxury group.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the HR team in various day-to-day activities.
• Assist with recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing and screening.
• Contribute to onboarding and offboarding procedures.
• Help maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Human Resources and the luxury industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English.
