We are seeking a dedicated and organized Operations Coordinator to join our Rome office. This role is specifically open to candidates who fall under the protected categories as defined by Italian Law No. 68/99.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational aspects of land tours.
• Provide administrative support to the operations team.
• Assist with travel-related logistics and arrangements.
• Deliver excellent customer service to clients and partners.
• Manage day-to-day operational tasks efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven experience in operations and coordination.
• Familiarity with the travel industry is a plus.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service abilities.
• Must qualify under Protected Categories (Law No. 68/99).
• Proficiency in relevant administrative software.
