Night Auditor (D/f/m)

About the Role

NYX Rome is seeking a Night Auditor (D/f/m) to join their team in Rome. This is an onsite, mid-level position.

Key Responsibilities

Your main duties will include:

• Handling all administrative tasks during the night.
• Accepting all incoming calls.
• Managing late check-ins and check-outs, including all preparatory activities.
• Accepting individual reservations in Italian and English.
• Controlling and reconciling various accounts and financial data.
