With over 900 stores across 10 European countries, NORMAL offers a unique retail concept combining everyday branded products at low prices with a fun and surprising customer experience. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to oversee operations in the Lazio, Abruzzo, and Campania regions. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team during a period of significant growth and expansion in Italy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop retail operations within the Lazio, Abruzzo, and Campania regions.
• Drive business expansion and growth initiatives.
• Ensure a high standard of customer experience across all stores.
• Effectively delegate tasks and responsibilities to store teams.
• Oversee retail management activities to achieve company objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail management.
• Demonstrated ability in business expansion.
• Strong understanding of customer experience principles.
• Excellent delegation skills.
• Senior-level experience.
