About the Role

This is an onsite position based in Bergamo, Italy. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in facilitating our agile processes and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives).
• Coach and mentor agile teams to adopt and improve Scrum practices.
• Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder team progress.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Support the Product Owner in backlog management and refinement.
• Promote continuous process improvement within the team and the wider organization.
• Contribute to the overall success of project management within the manufacturing industry.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.
• Experience in Project Management.
• Demonstrated Team Leadership skills.
• A focus on Process Improvement.
