Maintenance Manager

About the Role

The Social Hub is seeking a confident and hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead their team of technicians. This is a permanent, onsite position based in Florence, Italy, with a start date in December. You will be instrumental in opening our second Social Hub location in the Belfiore area, a vibrant neighborhood surrounded by businesses, universities, and green spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians.
• Oversee all aspects of facility management and maintenance operations for the new Florence location.
• Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the building's systems and infrastructure.
• Implement and maintain high standards of maintenance and repair.

Requirements

• Proven experience in maintenance management.
• Strong team leadership skills, with experience managing technicians.
• A hands-on approach to problem-solving and maintenance tasks.
• Experience in facility management.
