Junior Asset Manager - Photovoltaic Sector
Stern Energy is seeking a motivated Junior Asset Manager to join our team in Parma, Italy. This onsite role focuses on the management and monitoring of photovoltaic (PV) assets within the French and Italian markets.
About the Role
As a Junior Asset Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) and PV plants. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and agreements, and contributing to the achievement of high performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the day-to-day operations of SPVs.
- Ensure compliance with Applicable Law, Project Agreements (including SPV contracts, Feed-in Tariff agreements, and land lease agreements), and public permissions related to PV plants.
- Oversee the daily operations of the Asset Management organization to achieve high performance standards.
- Monitor the performance of PV plants.
- Coordinate technical interventions to ensure full production and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience in Asset Management, particularly within the Photovoltaic sector.
- Familiarity with SPVs and their operational requirements.
- Understanding of compliance procedures and regulatory frameworks.
- Knowledge of PV plant operations.
- Strong organizational and monitoring skills.
