Production Supervisor

About the Role

ZOBELE Holding is seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to join their team in Trento, Italy. This is a permanent, onsite position where you will play a crucial role in overseeing factory production operations and supporting the Production Manager in daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient organization of production resources in alignment with the production plan, meeting required quality and quantity targets.
• Collaborate effectively with Production Engineering (PE), Warehouse (WH), and Front-End (FR) teams.
• Maintain timely communication to resolve issues and contribute to the improvement of production-related projects.
• Coordinate with Production Material Control (PMC), Quality, and Maintenance departments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in production supervision within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of production planning and resource organization.
• Proficiency in quality control processes.
• Excellent team coordination and problem-solving skills.
