Customer Support Representative (Remote)

Company: Youtooz Location: Remote Contract: Permanent Salary: 45,000 - 48,000 CAD per year Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday

Youtooz creates designer toys inspired by internet culture, bringing beloved YouTubers, influencers, celebrities, athletes, and rappers to life as collectible items. Our mission is to connect fans with the creators they follow online by offering unique and personal collectibles for their homes.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our passionate team. In this remote role, you will be instrumental in assisting our customers across various support channels and contributing to the growth of our vibrant online community.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support via email, Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram, and Reddit, consistently maintaining our brand voice.
• Resolve customer inquiries related to orders, including issues with addresses, refunds, lost shipments, and product defects.
• Support internal operational and logistical tasks to ensure the smooth execution of support, product releases, and delivery of Youtooz Collectibles.
• Engage with our community on social media platforms, responding to inquiries and feedback to foster positive interactions.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Youtooz, representing our values and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Over 1 year of experience in customer support across multiple channels (e.g., email, chat, phone).
• Proven experience in a high-volume, fast-paced customer support environment.
• Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Squarespace).
• Experience using ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira, Zoho).
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• A genuine passion for customer support and assisting others.

Bonus Points

• Bachelor's Degree or higher.
• Written fluency in additional languages.
• Experience with Social Media Support (Twitter, Instagram, Reddit).
• Experience in Community Management.
• Strong familiarity with internet and pop culture.
