About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our Carhartt WIP store in Florence. This is a junior-level, onsite position perfect for someone passionate about retail and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all shoppers.
• Assist customers with product selection and inquiries.
• Drive sales and achieve store targets.
• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
