About the Role
Tenneco is seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to oversee the operational and day-to-day management of Customer Service teams in both Italy and France. This role will support the Customer Service Manager (CSM) on departmental projects relevant to these regions and will serve as the primary point of escalation for all customer-related issues. You will work closely and collaboratively with Sales Managers and other relevant departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the operational and day-to-day running of Customer Service teams across multiple locations in Italy and France (between 2 and 4 sites).
- Provide key support to the CSM in departmental projects related to the regions of responsibility.
- Act as the primary point of escalation for all local customer-related issues.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Managers and other departments to resolve customer concerns.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Customer Service.
