About the Role

Baker Hughes, a leader in the energy industry, is seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Lean Sensei to join their Industrial Energy Company (IET) team in Florence. This role is instrumental in driving a significant transformation within IET, positioning the company for future success. The IET Business System is a key enterprise initiative focused on fundamentally changing how the business operates across the entire value chain, ensuring the delivery of exceptional value to customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with change makers to implement and drive operational excellence initiatives.
• Lead and facilitate the deep transformation of IET through the application of Lean principles and methodologies.
• Contribute to the strategic positioning of the company for the future.
• Support the implementation and evolution of the IET Business System across the value chain.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Operational Excellence.
• Strong expertise in Lean methodologies.
• Experience with Quality management principles.
• Familiarity with Business System implementation.
• Demonstrated ability to drive transformation initiatives.
• Senior-level experience in a relevant field.
