The Role: Guest Services Agent / Doorman

We are seeking passionate hospitality professionals to join our team as Guest Services Agents / Doormen. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to an exceptional guest experience within a unique and prestigious environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a warm and welcoming reception to all guests and visitors.
• Assist guests with luggage, transportation, and other personal requests.
• Offer information and recommendations about local attractions, dining, and activities.
• Maintain the appearance and orderliness of the entrance and lobby areas.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests efficiently and courteously.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless guest service.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hospitality, guest relations, or a similar customer-facing role.
• A strong understanding of luxury service standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A professional and polished demeanor.
• Fluency in Italian and English is essential.
• Knowledge of concierge services is a plus.
