Tava Partners is seeking a Senior Supply Chain professional to join their team in Pennsylvania. This onsite role focuses on supporting and enhancing supply chain planning processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily Supply Planning and/or Raw Materials Planning activities using Kinaxis Maestro.
• Manage planning exceptions, conduct scenario analysis, and provide planning recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, and Regulatory teams.
• Document planning assumptions, business rules, and operating procedures.
• Develop training and knowledge transfer materials for onboarding.
• Introduce industry best practices and recommend process improvements.
• Support transition and capability-building efforts for offshore and global teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse.
• Experience in Supply Planning, Raw Materials Planning, or Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
• Proven ability to work independently and manage stakeholders effectively.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry.
• Experience supporting planning transformations.
• Exposure to demand planning, inventory planning, or Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)/IBP processes.
