Four Seasons is seeking a dedicated Water Plant Coordinator to join our team at The Ocean Club, A Four Seasons Resort, in Nassau, Bahamas.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and complete all tasks and assignments associated with the Water Plant operations.
• Ensure a sufficient supply of water bottles is maintained for Housekeeping to service guest rooms.
• Conduct daily checks of bottles in operation against those stored in the water plant.
• Generate daily reports detailing the number of bottles supplied to each outlet, building, and area.
• Perform monthly inventory assessments to identify damaged or missing bottles and initiate replacement requests to maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Ensure machines are operating at 100% efficiency and report any necessary repairs to the Engineering Office promptly.
• Conduct daily water testing using the provided test kit and maintain accurate records of all tests.
• Monitor the use of and maintain supplies, equipment, and facilities for the assigned department.
• Adequately and timely monitor bottle supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance needs.
• Prepare necessary documentation for supplies, equipment, and maintenance services, forwarding them to the appropriate personnel for authorization.
• Maintain the water plant area in a tidy, organized, clean, and sanitized condition daily.
• Assist colleagues throughout the shift as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in Water Plant Operations.
• Proficiency in Inventory Management.
• Skills in Maintenance and Reporting.
• Experience with Water Testing.
• Ability to legally work in The Bahamas without sponsorship.
