AAFES is seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to oversee shift operations at their retail branch in Vicenza. This is an onsite role requiring strong leadership and a commitment to excellent customer service.

About the Role

As a Retail Supervisor, you will independently manage and coordinate the operations of a retail branch or annex activity during assigned shifts. You will be responsible for maintaining operational efficiency, ensuring accountability and security, and leading a team of employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the sale of merchandise during shifts not regularly covered by management.
• Ensure proper display and pricing of merchandise.
• Maintain and process necessary reports.
• Uphold accountability and security standards.
• Supervise and schedule assigned employees.
• Ensure adherence to correct receipt procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail operations.
• Demonstrated ability in supervision and employee management.
• Skills in scheduling and workforce planning.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to independently manage shift operations.
