SEIDOR is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team and support the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA). This is a remote position offering a freelance or employee contract.

About the Role

As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in understanding and documenting business needs, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and contributing to the successful implementation of digital solutions. You will work closely with EFSA stakeholders to ensure that technical deliverables align with their strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with EFSA stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
• Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable deliverables for technical teams.
• Assist in the design and implementation of digital tools and workflows.
• Support communication and understanding between EFSA teams and technical resources.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of business requirements gathering and documentation.
• Experience with functional requirements definition.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and drive process improvements.
• Familiarity with digital tools and workflows.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
