Commodity Sourcing Manager

About the Role

Sidel is seeking a senior Commodity Sourcing Manager to join their team in Parma, Italy. This is a permanent, onsite position responsible for developing and implementing commodity strategies and managing suppliers within assigned spend categories. The role involves global and/or local sourcing activities to achieve commodity objectives and ensure alignment with the Group Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and implement global commodity strategies for assigned spend categories.
• Analyze spend within assigned spend categories.
• Monitor supplier performance and relationships.
• Conduct sourcing activities for a defined portfolio of spend categories.
• Ensure compliance with the Group Strategy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Commodity Sourcing.
• Strong skills in Supplier Management.
• Proficiency in Spend Analysis.
• Demonstrated ability in Strategy Development.
• Experience in Sourcing processes.
• Senior-level experience in a similar role.
