About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Employee Internal Marketing & Engagement Manager to join our Human Resources team in Cesena. This role is crucial in fostering a strong internal culture and ensuring our employees are informed, engaged, and connected to Technogym's mission and values.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement internal marketing and communication strategies to enhance employee engagement.
• Manage and execute employee engagement programs and initiatives.
• Collaborate with various departments to promote company news, achievements, and cultural events.
• Support Human Resources in communicating policies, benefits, and organizational changes.
• Manage internal communication channels and platforms.
• Oversee project management for internal marketing and engagement campaigns.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Internal Marketing and Employee Engagement.
• Strong understanding of Human Resources principles and practices.
• Excellent Communications skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability in Project Management.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
