About the Role

As a Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and productive operation of our wind farm services. You will be responsible for managing workloads, planning schedules, and coordinating technical teams to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Balance and level site workload to ensure minimum downtime and maximum productivity.
• Plan long-term scheduled orders, integrating corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate and schedule technicians for planned and unplanned maintenance activities.
• Ensure efficient resource allocation and utilization.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements
