Dispatcher (Global Sporting Event) - Italian & English Speaking

About the Role

The iLUKA Collective is seeking a dynamic and organized Dispatcher to support the operations of a major global sporting event in Milan. This onsite role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the transport system for the assigned hospitality program.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior management with all on-site vehicle movements.
• Ensure all vehicles are received and dispatched safely and punctually at all relevant venues, including airports, hotels, the main venue, restaurants, and stadiums.
• Manage an effective loading, unloading, and dispatch system to optimize on-time performance and guest comfort.
• Contribute to the implementation and ongoing operations of an efficient transport system.

Requirements

• Proficiency in both Italian and English.
• Experience in dispatching, transportation, and logistics.
• Strong understanding of operational processes.
• Familiarity with event management is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
