About the Role

Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction at our resort. You will be responsible for maintaining the impeccable condition of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and efficiently to guest housekeeping requests, anticipating needs where possible.
• Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure adherence to service standards.
• Assist in maintaining departmental inventories and cleaning schedules.
• Support the Executive Housekeeper in maintaining the décor and cleanliness of staff housing, lockers, and back-of-house areas.

Requirements

• Experience in housekeeping.
• Strong understanding of guest services.
• Proficiency in cleaning procedures.
• Ability to assist with inventory management.
• Willingness to provide team support.
