About the Role

ZOBELE Holding is seeking a Formulation & Process Technical Specialist to join our team at our Headquarters in Trento, Italy. This is a permanent, onsite position for a mid-level professional. You will play a key role in leading new and innovative product development activities within the Home Cleaning sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead new and innovative product development activities.
• Propose materials and formulations for new products.
• Perform evaluation and validation protocols for new materials and formulations.
• Manage specific laboratory analysis in cooperation with the Formulation and Process Manager and the Lab Team.
• Conduct testing, report results, and manage certificates of analysis.
• Maintain tools and the samples archive.
• Organize laboratory activities to support all product development processes.

Requirements

• Experience in Product Development.
• Proficiency in Formulation.
• Knowledge of Process development.
• Experience with Laboratory Analysis.
• Skills in Validation protocols.
