About the Role

Bellafrut s.a.s., a well-established fruit and vegetable brokerage company operating since 1967, is seeking a Logistics Office Employee to join their team in Verona. This is a permanent, onsite position responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient distribution of fresh produce to retail clients across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and plan all aspects of transportation for fresh produce.
• Calculate load capacities and plan optimal delivery routes.
• Monitor shipments and deliveries to ensure timely arrival.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare necessary transport documents.
• Communicate shipment updates and relevant information to customers.
• Assist the Team Leader with generating reports.

Requirements

• Experience in logistics and transportation.
• Proficiency in order processing.
• Strong customer communication skills.
• Experience with reporting.
• A Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.
