ClinChoice is seeking a Senior Clinical Project Manager to join a leading international pharmaceutical company. This is a permanent, full-time, onsite position based in Verona, Italy.

About the Role

As a Clinical Project Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing clinical trial activities for a pharmaceutical company specializing in Respiratory, Paediatrics, Rare Disease, and Special Care therapeutic areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee clinical trial projects from initiation to closure.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and company SOPs.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including investigators, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Prepare and present project status reports.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Clinical Project Management.
• Experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Familiarity with therapeutic areas such as Respiratory, Paediatrics, and Rare Disease is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory guidelines.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
