About the Role
We are seeking a Music Streaming Platform Customer Specialist with excellent Polish and English language skills to join our team. This is a fully remote position based in Bulgaria, offering non-voice support exclusively via email and chat. You will be the first point of contact for users of a leading music streaming platform, assisting them with a variety of inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via email and chat (no phone calls involved).
- Address common "how-to" questions and frequently asked questions.
- Assist users with account management and payment-related issues.

Requirements
- Excellent proficiency in Polish (C1) and English (C1).
