Striker- Store Activator (M/w/d) - Parma/reggio Emilia

About the Role

Red Bull is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Striker - Store Activator to join their Sales team. This is a permanent, onsite position based in Parma, Italy. As a Striker, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining strong customer relationships and negotiating with retail accounts within a defined geographical area. Your primary goal will be to ensure the "Red Bull Perfect Store" by optimizing product availability, visibility, and strategic placements to maximize sales of all Red Bull products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture strong customer relationships with retail accounts.
• Effectively negotiate with retail partners to achieve sales objectives.
• Ensure the optimal availability, visibility, and placement of Red Bull products in all assigned outlets.
• Achieve all elements of the Red Bull Perfect Store standards.
• Maintain effective coverage of all agreed outlets at optimum frequencies in a cost-effective manner.
• Manage and develop your assigned territory to drive sales growth.

Requirements
