About the Role

HHLA PLT Italy is seeking an IT Specialist to join their Expansion Project Team in Trieste. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a significant project aimed at transforming a multipurpose maritime terminal into a fully automated, state-of-the-art container terminal. You will be instrumental in integrating advanced technologies and expertise into our current facility, positioning us as a leader in the North Adriatic market.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the planning and execution of a phased expansion project.
• Support the integration of advanced technologies within the container terminal.
• Assist in the transition towards a fully automated operational state.
• Collaborate with the Expansion Project Team on IT-related aspects.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT Specialist.
• Familiarity with expansion projects, particularly in industrial or manufacturing settings.
• Understanding of container terminal operations is a plus.
• Knowledge of automation and advanced technologies.
