HR Business Partner Italy

About the Role

DP World is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Bologna, Italy. This is a permanent, onsite position reporting to the VP People Western Europe.

The primary purpose of this role is to support the organization by developing and implementing people management strategies and activities that align with the overall business plan. You will provide comprehensive HR support across various locations within Italy and manage the relationship with our payroll partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement people management strategies and activities.
• Ensure alignment of HR initiatives with the overall business plan.
• Provide all-inclusive HR Business Partner support at various locations in Italy.
• Manage the relationship with the payroll partner.
• Assist managers with generalist HR matters to strengthen line management capabilities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Strong understanding of People Management principles.
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Strategy.
• Familiarity with Payroll processes.
• Generalist HR experience.
