About the Role

Barilla is seeking a Transactional Services Continuous Improvement Analyst to join our team in Parma, Italy. This is a permanent, onsite position focused on driving efficiency and optimization within our transactional services.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze transactional services processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement process optimization initiatives.
• Support continuous improvement projects within the transactional services function.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless process integration.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to transactional services.

Requirements

• Proven experience in continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in transactional services or a related field.
• Familiarity with process optimization techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience within the food industry is a plus.
