About the Role

Carhartt Work in Progress is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant (M/F/x) to join their team in Verona. This is a part-time, 32-hour per week position, offering an excellent opportunity for a junior professional to grow within the retail sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, adapting brand stories to the retail environment.
• Achieve and maintain optimum sales levels.
• Ensure adherence to all operational store policies and procedures.
• Maintain store appearance and embrace the Carhartt store look.
• Develop in-depth product knowledge and understanding of the business.
• Build consumer loyalty and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Engage with customers and enjoy selling Carhartt products.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service and sales.
• Passion for the retail industry.
• Strong product knowledge or the ability to quickly develop it.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work.
• An understanding of brand storytelling.
