About the Role
AROSA Lago di Garda is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to lead the human resources function for the pre-opening phase of their new 5-Star Resort, "Salò Sì". Located in the picturesque town of Salò on Lake Garda, this prestigious hotel is part of the international "Hirmer Hospitality" group. The resort will feature 99 guest rooms and suites, multiple dining and bar options, a pizzeria, meeting facilities, a unique open-air vintage cinema, an expansive 2,000 square meter Wellness Center & SPA, and several swimming pools.
Reporting directly to the Hotel General Manager, the HR Manager will play a crucial role in establishing and developing the HR framework for this exciting new venture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all HR activities during the pre-opening phase of the resort.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the resort's vision and operational needs.
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes to build a high-performing team.
- Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements
- Proven experience in HR Management, particularly within the hospitality sector.
- Demonstrated success in recruitment and talent acquisition.

- Experience in pre-opening phases of new establishments is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
