TENOVA is seeking a senior Site Manager to join our Downstream Team. This role is crucial for leading the execution phase of projects, ensuring all milestones are met within the planned timeframe, budget, quality standards, and safety requirements.

About the Role

The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful completion of projects from the execution phase. This includes acting as the primary interface with the Head Office, providing timely feedback on engineering issues, and managing project management activities. A key focus will be on achieving critical project milestones such as the End of Erection Certificate, Provisional Acceptance Certificate (PAC), and Final Acceptance Certificate (FAC).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution phase of projects, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, quality, and safety standards.
• Achieve key project milestones, including End of Erection Certificate, PAC, and FAC.
• Serve as the main point of contact with the Head Office.
• Provide timely feedback on engineering issues and project management activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Site Management.
• Strong Project Management skills.
• Background in Engineering.
• Experience with Budget Management.
• Knowledge of Safety regulations and practices.
• Ability to manage complex projects and teams.
