Learning Support Assistant

About the Role

Group Eleven is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their secondary school in Genova. This is a permanent, full-time position, working 37 hours per week. The role is onsite and requires an enhanced DBS check.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver interventions and aspects of the curriculum in consultation with other Specialist Teaching and Learning Assistants (STLAs), Teachers, and the Site Lead.
• Cover learning sessions in the absence of Teachers and other STLAs.
• Deliver academic work through one-to-one sessions with pupils.
• Contribute to the overall educational support provided to students.

Requirements

• Experience in learning support.
• Familiarity with curriculum delivery.
• Ability to plan and deliver interventions.
• Experience in teaching or supporting pupils.
• An enhanced DBS check is essential for this role.
