About the Role

Fortive is seeking a dynamic Channel Sales Manager to manage and grow a network of distribution channels across the UK and Ireland. This role involves conducting strategic business meetings with channel partners, managing daily revenue and bookings forecasts, and coordinating regional sales and marketing activities. You will be instrumental in increasing Fluke's market share and mindshare by ensuring strong engagement and commitment from channel partners through cooperative business planning. The position requires providing strategic direction and defining priorities for key accounts operating within the UK and Ireland, with interaction across diverse European teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve annual sales objectives within the assigned channel network.
  • Participate in strategic planning for key accounts.
  • Drive operational efficiencies and high performance using Fortive Business Systems (FBS) tools.
  • Utilize daily management practices to track performance and implement necessary actions.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence updates.
  • Manage day-to-day sales-related tasks and initiatives to expand Fluke's market presence.

About the Channel Team

The EMEA Channel Sales function is a diverse and highly engaged team of 43 associates covering over 120 countries. Spread across multiple offices in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, the team shares core values of high performance, setting ambitious expectations, strong work ethics, compliance, integrity, knowledge sharing, and mutual support to achieve regional goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a Technical Field (e.g., Engineering, Physics) or Business Management.
  • Proven experience in Key Account Management.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Electrical Market and Wholesale Market.
  • Demonstrated experience in Channel Management, including working with Value Added Resellers and Electrical/Industrial wholesalers.
